A Rich History in Construction

Founded by Khoi Nguyen in 2020, PinIt Properties and Construction, LLC is built on a solid foundation of experience. Our founder’s journey began with owning a construction company in Virginia from 2002 to 2007, where he honed his expertise in outdoor living design and stamped concrete. In 2007, he moved to Kansas City and co-founded a successful construction business with his two brothers, expanding into real estate, remodeling, and concrete work.
